These orders are created only after direct communication and agreement between the buyer and us.
How the Custom Order Process Works

- Destination country
- Preferred shipping method (air or sea)

Step 2 – Quotation & Agreement
We will discuss and confirm:
- Final product details
- Total price
- Shipping method and estimated delivery time
- Responsibilities for customs, taxes, and clearance
- Non-refundable and non-returnable terms
Step 3 – Confirmation
You must explicitly confirm in writing that you:
- Agree to the price
- Agree to the shipping method and estimated delivery time
- Understand and accept the non-refundable policy
Step 4 – Payment
Only after confirmation will:
- A custom order listing be created, OR
- A PayPal invoice be issued for payment
Important Notice About Custom Orders
- Custom orders are made-to-order or sourced specifically for you
- Prices are not adjustable after agreement
- Delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee
- Once processing or shipping begins, the order cannot be canceled
- Shipping fee, handing fee, packing fee, sourcing fee, taxes, insurance and custom fees are non-refundable once shipping begins.
Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
- Buyers are fully responsible for:
- Import taxes
- Customs duties
- Clearance procedures
- We do not guarantee customs approval in the destination country
- Any customs-related delays or fees are not grounds for refund

- Disputes or chargebacks without valid cause violate this agreement
