Please note that once you place an order with us, we aim to have it processed and shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
However, please keep in mind that order processing times may vary based on the volume of orders we receive, current stock levels, and other factors.

2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected during checkout and your location. Here are the estimated delivery times for each shipping method:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, holidays, and your location. We would like to offer Free shipping to all customers. so the expedited shipping and priority shipping are not available currently.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
4. Shipping of Customized Products
For customized products, please allow additional time for processing and customization. The processing time for customized items varies depending on the complexity of the customization and our current order volume. We will provide you with an estimated shipping date for customized products at the time of purchase.
Once your customized product is ready for shipment, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout, and delivery time will follow the estimates provided above.
5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please note that we will always pay for taxes as possible as we can. (customs duties and taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities).
However we might not able to handle it by ourselves sometimes. you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

8. Shipping Address
NOTE: Po Box address are not accepted!!!

To protect both our sellers and buyers, we only ship orders to the address provided during checkout or the address associated with the PayPal account used for payment. We do not accept address changes via email or other communication channels after an order has been placed.

Returns/Exchanges/Refund Policy
we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you’ve ordered a standard product or a customized item, we’re here to assist you with returns, exchanges and refund to ensure your experience with us is positive.
1. Returns and Refund for Standard Products
If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase of a standard product, you have 30 days calendar days to return it from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note the following guidelines for returning standard products:
- Proof of Purchase: Ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.
- Return Authorization: Contact us by email at info@shop.chinahelp4u.com with Order ID to request a return authorization. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges for Standard Products
If you need to exchange a standard product for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the same process as outlined for returns. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you promptly. Or you can request coupons to order new one instead.
3. Returns and Exchanges for Customized Products
We understand that customized products require special attention. If you’re unsatisfied with a customized item due to a defect or error on our part, please follow these steps:

- Review: We will review your request and may request additional information or images to assess the issue.

Please note that customized items are unique and may not be eligible for returns or exchanges due to personalization. We encourage you to review your customization details carefully before placing your order. And You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
